Brazil Campos Gerais Acaia Semi-Washed
Within Brazil’s largest coffee growing region of Campos Gerais, the Sul de Minas area grows coffee at a pleasant 2,100 to 3,200 ft altitude with rainy summers and dry winters.
This Brazilian coffee does a wonderful job of holding its own as a specialty single origin, using the Acaia varietal and a semi-washed processing method that preserves the natural sweetness of the coffee cherry.
Our medium roast is on the slightly darker side to develop the chocolate flavors. Our dark roast, which is well into second crack, is rich, inviting and complex. Try both!
