Who We Are

We started out in a garage, loving the coffee we roasted.

So did family and friends until we decided to make our passion our business. And we’ve stuck to that as we grew. Now we roast in southern California for customers all over the country.

We love coffee and only sell coffees we love. Each roast profile we develop, and each blend we create, is the result of our labor of love and work of faith in what we do. That’s why you won’t find some coffees others will sell you—a light roast Brazil or a dark Ethiopia. We just didn’t like them, so we don’t sell them!

We specialize in Hawaiian coffees. We just love them, so much so that we’re there all the time meeting farmers and roasters. We source our green beans directly from our partnerships with farmers, so we know what we’re getting!

We roast at least once a week, which means your roast date will be no more than four days old. If you order 5 lbs or more, we’re roast specifically for you.
