White Tunic Blend
Our custom blend we formulated for lovers of medium and light roasts to keep “roast” flavors in the background and focus instead on complimentary flavors and aroma without an overly bright coffee. We used a base of Brazil for its mellow earthy and chocolate flavors, then built upon it a Guatemala for its balanced fruits, topped by a lively and aromatic Papua New Guinea or Ethiopia for some lively hits of acidity and citrus.
This blend is perfect for a morning shot of espresso, a second (or third!) cup of mid-day french press, pour-over or drip.
